1. Program Overview:
Welcome to the EveryLife Ambassador Program, America’s pro-life diaper company (referred to as "Company"). By enrolling in our Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the program.

2. Ambassador Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate in the Ambassador Program, you must be at least 16 years old and must not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of the Company.

3. Program Participation:
Ambassadors will be provided with a unique promo code and marketing materials to promote Company products. Ambassadors earn commissions for sales made through their code, paid monthly via ACH as a 1099 contractor, net 15. Banking info and W-9 required post-approval; no invoices needed, commissions calculated internally.

4. Commission Structure:
Ambassadors shall be paid 10% of each promo code usage, not each sale. The customer receives 10% off first order total with promo code usage - (one-time discount), and the Affiliate receives 10% of the total one-time sale; By way of example: On a $100 sale with one-time promo code usage, the customer pays $90, and the Ambassador receives $10.
  
5. Representing the Company:
Ambassadors are representatives of the Company and should conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and in alignment with EveryLife Core Values. Ambassadors are not authorized to make any warranties or representations on behalf of the Company. 

6. Confidentiality:
Ambassadors may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company. Ambassadors agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

7. Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program and these terms at any time without notice.

9. Use of Ambassador Content:
By joining the Ambassador Program, you allow EveryLife to use your content that is relevant to our products and services, such as social media posts, images, and videos, for promotional purposes online and offline, without additional permission or compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability:
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your participation in the Ambassador Program.

11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All Ambassadors must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws.

By signing up for the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the Ambassador Program.
